Orders & Shipping

This store uses PayPal for payments, the safer, easier way to pay online. This service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without having to share financial information. You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.


US Orders & Shipping

Once your order has been placed it will be processed within 1 business day. We do our best to ship your order the day in which it has been received and payment has been cleared. All orders will not ship until payment has been cleared by your financial institution. If you don't like the idea of having to wait for a PayPal eCheck payment to clear (keep in mind that the delay is only while Paypal is waiting for your bank to send them the money) then you should set up your Paypal account to use a different payment method. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once payment has cleared and the package has been shipped. Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) which typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in the US.


International Orders & Shipping

For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering. International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas.


Return Policy

If for any of the following 3 reasons below you are unsatisfied with your order, within 30 days of purchase you may exchange or return it for a full refund less shipping charges.


1. Wrong Size
2. Wrong Item Shipped
3. Defective Item.


Simply emails us at support@93clothing.com to verify and obtain a Return Authorization number. Within the specified time period (30 business days) to receive an exchange then pack the order and return it to:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund or exchange shipment. We do our best to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
